I am really pleased with the work carried out by Thurrock Windows. From quote to finish, a professional and friendly service. I was expecting some damage and mess, but there was none. We asked Thurrock windows for a quote as we had partial double glazing, so wanted the rest done. This meant colour matching against our existing windows. When Thurrock windows turned up, they knew the exact colour and assured us they could match them no problem. From start to finish we felt in very capable hands, Clair in the office is fantastic, very approachable and extremely helpful, we made numerous phone calls leading up to the install and she was great. To Dan, who measured up for us and gave us the quote, he clearly knew what he was doing and was very honest and down to earth. To the fitters who completed the install, they were very friendly and very trustworthy, they done a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves as well. We didn’t plan on decorating one of the rooms and the other had just been re-decorated, so we were very worried that we might need to do that again, but the fitters done such a good job of swapping the old for new that we don’t need to re-decorate either room. I just have to comment! I have just seen the beautiful new windows and doors my Dad has had installed by Thurrock Windows in Painswick Ave. Not only is the workmanship second to none, but there was no mess, no disturbance to anything whatsoever, and the 2 men carrying out the job, Jake and Garron were the most polite and efficient tradesmen I have ever met!! Two days to complete the whole house, not a scrap of discarded materials left anywhere, absolutely first class job.
